Call to order- President Wendy called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm with an opening prayer offered by Shawn Carey.

April 20, 2004 is the next meeting date with a new meeting time of 5:30 for the remainder of the school year.

Representation Reports
Church- In Monsignor’s absence no report was given.

PTO-No report

Financial- Mr. Neumeier presented the preliminary budget with the final budget slated to be approved at the April meeting. Discussion was raised regarding the desire to increase the stipend provided to faculty members. Mr. Neumeier will investigate what fiscal impact a 1% increase would mean to St. Anthony’s endowment. He will report his findings at a future meeting.

Principal Report- Mr. Carey and staff have been spending a significant amount of time evaluating the two State adopted language arts text books for consideration of use next year. He would like to look at the strategic plan in April. The incoming kindergarten class had 100 applicants for 16 available positions.

Facilities- No report

Old Business- Look over the annual diocesan report at your leisure.

New Business- 2 positions on the school board are open for election. Wendy Batti will post the election announcements and ballots will be handled by Cathy Chatoian.
